Frequently Asked Questions

To book a court, simply view the schedule, find available time slots, select and click the "Book Selected Hours" button. Fill out the form with your details, and contact our staff via Messenger or Phone to settle your payments and confirm your booking.

We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, and Messenger-arranged payments. Free promo hours are also available for special events.

We are open daily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM (next day). Late-night bookings are welcome!

Once your booking is confirmed and payment is made, the admin will generate a receipt. You can request it via Messenger or get a printed copy at the front desk.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: All bookings are final. Cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited once the booking is confirmed and payment is made. Please ensure your schedule before confirming your booking. In case of emergencies, you may contact management for special consideration, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Indoor courts are inside the building and have a higher hourly rate (₱250-300). Outdoor courts are open-air with natural lighting and a lower rate (₱200-250). Both are well-maintained and ready for play!

Booking requests expire after 12 hours if not confirmed by our staff. Please wait for confirmation before sending payment.
